About
If you pay for trade recommendations, or get free ones, AlertDesk puts them beside your own trades so you can see how they're working out.
It does three things:
- Collects every recommendation from your services, opens and closes, into one list.
- Tells you about each new rec and close from the services you follow -- on Positions, with a dot on its icon and a notification -- and when one says to close something you still hold. The service's own text or email is still the first signal.
- Keeps score, comparing your closed trades with what each service recommended, so you learn which services, and which of your own calls, do well.
Information, not advice
AlertDesk does not make trading recommendations and is not a financial adviser. The recommendations it shows are the ones in the newsletters you forward to it during setup; AlertDesk reads them and keeps track of them for you. It does not endorse any service or any of their recommendations. ARK Invest and Zacks are examples of letters AlertDesk can read, not services we suggest or endorse. AlertDesk recommends no service. Do your own research before every trade.
Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Trading is risky; you can lose money. Everything AlertDesk shows is for information and education only and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
AlertDesk never places trades and never predicts anything. It's an analysis and alert tool: information, not advice.
